DUI Minimal Risk Classification
Rogerian Solutions provides Minimal Risk DUI Risk Education Classes Online or In-Person.
Individuals that have been classified as Minimal Risk have to complete 10-hours of DUI Risk Education. The State of Illinois has reserved this classification for offenders who:
have no prior conviction or court ordered supervisions for a DUI, never had a prior statutory summary suspension, and never received a prior reckless driving conviction that was reduced from a DUI arrest; and
had a blood alcohol concentration level of less than .15 at time of their most current DUI arrest; and
displayed no symptoms of a substance use disorder at the time of their evaluation.
The State of Illinois requires all individuals that are classified as Minimal Risk to complete 10-hours of DUI Risk Education. Only providers that have received licensing from the Illinois Division of Substance Use Prevention & Recovery can deliver DUI Risk Education to DUI offenders.
